Environ Property Services is a family owned and operated company that values hard work, integrity, innovation, and above all, putting our customers first. We have quickly grown to become one of the most respected property services companies in London, but like all great things, this did not happen overnight! Our story began over 15 years ago, when Environ Property Services was founded by two brothers, Terry Clark and Ricky Clark, who shared a passion for providing exceptional property services to both homeowners and businesses. They were inspired to create Environ after years of noticing that the property services market was plagued with bad building practices and far too many unhappy customers.
With years of experience in all aspects of property services, the Clark brothers (including their sisters, Emily and Faye, who each hold vital positions in the company) decided to solve the problem by dedicating themselves to establishing a trusted, local, and family run property services company that could exceed expectations while always emphasizing customer satisfaction and a commitment to excellence. Since the Clark brothers were born and raised in the heart of Fulham, they could think of no better place to create the first Environ Property Services location. Having established their first office in Munster Road, Ricky and Terry quickly got to work. The motivations behind Environ’s ambitions were simple: dream big, work hard, and deliver only the best results to our customers.
Today, we have over 65 amazing employees and are continuing to grow and innovate, while always striving to be a leader in our industry. We take pride in all our accomplishments, but we are far from finished!
